Michael Grant & Sons was founded in 1980 by Michael Grant Senior. In 2015 Michael Grant retired and the company was purchased by Michael Grant’s sons, Michael & John Grant renaming it as M&J Grant Construction. The company is located at 38 Killowen Road, Rostrevor Co. Down BT34 3AF. M&J Grant Construction currently have four members, two of whom are partners and managers, one foreman and one site labourer.
The company’s main service is: –
- Concrete flooring
- Screed flooring
- Ground works for industrial and domestic premises.
The company also work on factory maintenance, office refurbishments and building of industrial units and small extensions to factories and houses.
